One real Bill Clinton(?) and one autopen

The 8x10 photo of Clinton was signed in Seattle early in his presidency, I was told.  The letter was given to me by Sen. Donald Riegle personally and I would think is an autopen.  What are anyone's thoughts please?

I would avoid the signed photo.
