Newbie to this verification and wanted to get your input on determining whether or not this poster,  is legit or not.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

Unfortunately, these "premiere" cast signed posters with holograms from the studio are totally bogus. You can find premiere cast signed posters with studio hologram for every movie under the sun and they are always fake.

Studios have never issued holograms for the authenticity of autographs. 

This common scam has been discussed at length in other threads at this site.

You can buy blank hologram stickers and a thermal hologram printer for a few hundred bucks. Download a Warner Brothers logo from the internet, an you're good to go.

The scammer just needs to sell one poster and the capital investment is paid for.

There's only one signing that I know about that had a studio COA, and that was for the Apollo 13 movie done in the 90s. Less than 500 were signed. No holograms back then.
