NEWLY SURFACED LENNON SIGNED IMAGINE ALBUM???

What's your opinions on this Lennon autographed IMAGINE album from WFIL?

I believe it's AUTHENTIC. That would make it one only 12? Known to exist. I used to own one and sold it at GOTTAHAVEROCKANDROLL auctions. This has probably one of the best placed signatures I've seen on an IMAGINE album. It also has the doodle and the year, which is rare for WFIL. I only know of a few others with the doodle.

I feel it is very similar to this WFIL signed TWO VIRGINS.

Pictured is another from WFIL with the doodle and year which looks like it reads 78 but its 75.

Also pictured is a 1975 test press album inner sleeve signed by John. Pretty similar doodle and date formations.

I like the fact it has the doodle and year which is SPOT ON to my eyes. It gives more forensics for you to look at other than an autograph which can be practiced over and over.

It is my OPINION that the imagine album is AUTHENTIC. I have issued my EOA, of which i offer at no charge. Karen has stated that it's NFS. I have contacted gottahaverockandroll auctions and asked if she sent it in or asked them to consign it. She has not.

You posted this discussion asking for opinions on the Imagine album and now you don't want to consider why it might not be real?

Have you told Karen and the auction house that you posted the discussion and others don't think it is genuine?

Have you sent them a link to it?

Isn't that the ethical thing to do?

But I still dont understand why someone who got an autograph in person would ask for an EOA rather than send it to a TPA?

She said she wanted something in case something happened. I issued my opinion based on my examination looking at a high quality scan.

I place my email in my EOA. To check if it's a fake email all they have to do is contact:

thewfilman05171975@gmail.com

And I'll look at it and say if I examined it or not. I've not seen the album up anywhere & gottahaverockandroll auctions states karen hasn't tried to sell. Also I don't charge for my EOA.
