Someone asked me about eBay seller worldofautographsinc, eBay store http://stores.ebay.com/worldofautographscom.
They're mostly Movies/TV/Music and have about 1,100 autographs listed, many of them Global Authentics.
If you could take a look at some of the autographs you know and report back with what you think, I'd really appreciate it.
Thanks!

Did you find that a GA/GAI authentication on an autograph added to the value of it when you went to sell it? I'd think these days, either of those two names, would sink the item like it's attached to an anchor, for collectors who know the history of the various big authentication companies. A lot of the items I see with a GA stamp or a GAI stamp in the past have been duds.
I was only commenting on the two items I saw in the first couple pages of whose signatures I knew. I don't know whether the other stuff looks good but I'll take yours and Bjarne's word that at least a healthy portion of it does. I still wouldn't buy that Ferrigno or the Connery. But yeah, I probably wouldn't buy in the first place, considering those prices.
Haha, I think you were thinking of this Brian Wilson and ones like them certed by PSA:
One thing you mention, which I think is an important note, is about the person who lived by you from GAI and came to your house to do authentication; that person didn't pass the things they couldn't. Individual authenticators matter too and each autograph with a certification was looked at by somebody. I see so much crud come out of GA, but like you said with the person whom you knew, the organization must still have some honest, knowledgeable people.
Brandon Mysinger on here seems to be competent and knowledgeable in his area of expertise, and those people exist in all the big authentication outfits. The people who cert squiggly lines also exist in them.

Is si whats called an autograh ??? Even if this is 100% authentical I don' think I would want it. But this is just my preferences.
Thanks a bunch for expressing your opinion, I'm still learning and sometimes I think :"do I miss something?" Apparently not. By the way, just recently saw similar "autograph" of Lars Ulrich , the drummer of Metallica on ebay auction. Owner - registered UACC dealer... I sent him a message with a questions regarding this masterpiece, he never replied...
After looking at all the music autographs that he has for sale, I have mixed emotions.
Some of it looks spot on and some of it looks very fishy. So I guess that some of the autographs that he has for sale is in-peron autographs and some are bought from other sources. That is my honest answer to this question.
Hi Bjarne, I'm not sure how to respond to this one. But I will do my best.
As I have no idea of your experience, and numbers of authentic autographs that have passed through your hands, I will assume that your experience is somewhat limited (due to your residing in Florida and not LA or NYC).
Otherwise you would have likely stated that all the autographs look 'spot on'.
Cheers,
Michael
Probably shouldn't have "responded to that one".
I hope you're actually that seller, because, if you're not, you just gave them cause to sue you--this post guaranteed that I would never buy from that eBay store.
