I compared this to a 1945 signature which i got from his old golf pro. Frank had several different signatures over the years and I do see some similarities. The F is very close as is the T. My signature shows a joining of the K to the S and the loop in the S is a lot smaller than the top of the S. Mine is dedicated to Jerry (Who was actually Rosalind Russells). Where i see a clear difference is in the dedication, The word 'To' is completely different, But that's not to say he perhaps chose to do it 'His Way' at the time.

Do you think based on your comparison that there's a chance it's the real deal?

This one is not for me - some unusual traits. His mom signed a lot. Both studies online suffer from poor imagery.
