Seller is "All Time Great Authentics" on eBay. It passed the pre-certification evaluation with Beckett (with "Likely to Pass Authentication". All Time Great Authentics also provided me with a proof photo that shows Mr. Oz signing what appears to be an identical poster for someone else. I asked about this (as I initially thought it was a photo of his signing this poster) and this exchange followed:
