Good afternoon,

I recently bought this Oppenheimer poster on eBay. I later realized that the seller had sold a few for varying prices. One of them sold for around $380, another $650, and mine higher. Apparently this poster is numbered x/50 in the world and was signed at the Oppenheimer world premiere in Paris on July 11th. I was told there would be a COA included but the only similar COA included is this smaller print signed by a Michael Ellison with Universal Studios. The COA is titled July 12th. The stickers on both are stamped and holographic.

The poster I received has all of the signatures in a nearly identical place to the signatures posted in the eBay listing (which was a different poster. The one posted was 16/50 and the one I received is 25/50.)

HOWEVER, the signatures do look different, if that matters as far as forging goes. There are 9 signatures including CILLIAN MURPHY, ROBERT DOWNEY JR, FLORENCE PUGH, EMILY BLUNT, MATT DAMON, RAMI MALEK, KENNETH BRANAGH, JOSH HARTNETT, AND CHRISTOPHER NOLAN. Any opinions? I will post the seller and item below. To view the original listing, open the link on mobile.

Fakey fake fake. "World Premiere Exclusive Poster" - no-go.

I will be disputing it with ebay and my bank.

There was a separate topic a few months with a faked Avengers Endgame poster- same holofoil, same "screening pass", same end result.

i seem to recall it's from a fraudster who peddles this every time theres a new release with a lot of big name actors.

Very interesting-- he's sold endgame poster(s). I will be sure to use what you said. You'll remain anonymous of course.

Interesting feedback - 88 items sold, 14 feedback comments.

Agreed. I was interested to see if they might be alt accounts of the seller but it doesn't seem that way. I always use paypal but this time it autopaid with my debit, so I will have to dispute it with the bank.
