Received this pile of crap today . Nasty email sent and fbi one next ! This is out of order . I truly feel they are gonna get busted soon !!!

I received this email today....

The label has assured us that the signature is signed by the artist. You may still return your item for a full refund. Please see the attached return form for instructions.

I responded saying "the label" is wrong and that the inserts were not signed by any human being. I also requested a pre-paid mailing label. I'm not holding my breath.

Load of crap !! Im waiting on my response to the very firm email that sent them yesterday morning. I mentioned to them also about them sending me an unsigned ice cube poster last year when advertising them as signed .came with invoice saying" signed". They never responded then i had to email them again and they refunded everything apart from the 12 pounds custom charges without any response once again so i suppose that was something but obviously couldnt comment or even apologize. Disgrace !!! I mentioned not ask me to return anything as live in u.k and wont spend anymore time on the issue so well see . I was lucky to get one of the genuine lithos that came with the deluxe vinyls . I got this for the cd but it also coming with a signed booklet was a bonus well so i thought lol .... this is being persued on moral principle !!

I've never had an issue with any claim I have filed as a buyer with paypal over the years. They have always seemed overly buyer friendly. Did they deny it because Sony/Music Today are claiming they actually are real? Or for some other reason?

i didnt get a customs charge for the cd . I did for the vinyl and lithograph as that was more expensive but didnt mind paying 12 quid extra for something that was genuine !!! Speaking of which i finally got a reply from them after a week and half and 4 emails later . They just said its our understanding that the booklet was signed by the artist but you still can return it for a full refund ! Disgraceful !!!. Didnt even read my email in full probably . Told them they were 100 percent wrong etc. Got plenty of time so they are gonna get hassled till i get a refund .

I got the same email today. Not that I really expected more from them but to scam people like this with everything we have going on right now is especially shameful.
