Yes he does.  Where are you planning on getting him?

If you are getting him at a show or night of show, get a ticket to the show or he won't sign. Also- bring something along with beatles stuff in case he won't sign it. His handlers will try and talk you out of Beatles stuff, it's a crapshoot.

This must be a new development as I have never had this happen.

I had a friend get him a few weeks ago and that's how it was...he gave him full names on Beatles stuff but they really tried talking him out of it...they said "He won't sign that" but it was all he had so they took it to Paul and they came back signed...
Last week it was impossible to get close to him at the venue. So try the airport. In Stockholm he flew in and out the same day. He did use a small airport not the major one.

thanks for the info guys

yes, he still signs in person but very often only with "Paul".

In Amsterdam 5 weeks ago he signs, but in hurry and only a very few and only with "Paul".

I really would not mind to get even just short rushed "Paul" autograph from him in person....

of course yes, no question. With a litte luck he signs with his full name but this is very rare these days, especially  when he's on the road out there...

Outside of promotional signings, on the road is pretty much the only realistic option.

I last met him in late 2011 and that time (and all the other times too) he was happy to sign anything from Beatles to Wings to solo items, added dedications and "Cheers" for everybody too.

Automan, where did Paul sign in Amsterdam? My friends were there for his 2 concerts at Ziggo Dome and said he didn't sign at all outside the hotel or at the airport...

after the first night at Ziggo Dome he signed outside the hotel, but only a very few...
