Ok, thanks, Richard. I'm thinking he likewise did one, maybe two, here in the States as well. I was just curious because I recently acquired a signed copy. I don't know the history of it, but it's JSA'd, and the signature does look spot on.

To slow, just look at the starts to many of the letters. You might think it was an Autopen.
