Looks like the pen started running out when Paul was writing so he swapped pens and hopefully it was himself who went over part of his autograph and finished it. I have a similar story for a Paul autograph on one of my sets where the pen ran out but he went over it himself. It would need a greater expert than me to say whether it was Paul himself who went over it but it looks slightly shaky in parts. 

You can see in my personal example that Paul was just as fluid if he was going over his own signature when the original pen was not working well

George and the "Pa" of Paul definitely look real to me. I can't see the original of the rest of Paul's autograph, but I'm sure he signed everything under the tracing too. I don't know if he traced over it or if someone else did, but even with the shaky areas, I think there's a good chance it was Paul.
