It could be a gold paint pen . Those I think where around back then. I would have to see the item to tell if its paint pen or sharpie. But you are right on about the gold sharpie .

Here's the thing guys, I know who I am and my history, past and present, in the music industry. I don't need to prove anything to anyone on here - there is nothing in it for me. Anthony has proven that he can't read (or spell for that matter- the word is "senile", moron), or he would have read from the start that I was formerly the head of national promotion for Capitol for several years.

Anthony has also proven to me (and that is all that matters in this particular case) that he personally can't identify an authentic Macca signature. Although he is pretty good at identifying a gold paint pen.

But let's make this worth everyone's while, shall we? I can indeed prove my history in the industry; authenticate dates and items of things that I possess, including the signed RS, if need be, BUT since I have nothing to gain from doing so, if you would like me to do so, you agree to give me $1000 cash. If any of the aforementioned things that I have said are false, I will give you $20,000 cash. That's 20-1 odds. How about it, big mouth?

If you're not up for the challenge, STFU, and don't say another word.

Some of you have been very nice and courteous and have given some good and useful information. Unfortunately, there are a few on here that aside from displaying an extremely low IQ, really ruin the integrity and credibility of this site. It's really a shame.

Did you actually hand your item to Paul though and watch him sign and hand it back to you? That should put an end to some of the comments.

Another thing you might want to do Michael, is to leave a note on Roger Epperson's wall asking him to comment on this autograph. Other than Frank Caizzo, Roger is probably the man who you want to hear from overall. He charges 15 bucks for a quick opinion, but might opine here for free if you ask him too and provide the link on his member wall. If Roger gives it the okay then it should go a long way in proving the provenance of the piece.

I would gladly take that bet. You show your ID , and any thing that would prove the Macca is real . I will gladly run a background check on you to see if what your saying is true. At first you couldnt even remember dates. Now all of sudden you have all the proof in the world .

Come back in a few months when Psa or Roger turns down another one of your forgeries. You can post on here and give your BS story on how you got the items and how we are all incompetent of authenticating a autograph .

I mean....Actually witness the signature being applied via Gold pen to the RS lp sleeve
