175 more copies worldwide were announced today, all going to indie bookshops, one copy each. I called about 30 shops and finally scored one at a whopping $2500! Hope it's a gorgeous signature.

I have a similar story, met him in 2019 at the Hey Grandude waterstones event, $14 to meet a Beatle! (…if you don’t count the $1800 it cost me to get to London…)

Had that same signing for the “High in the Clouds” book here in Phoenix.  Unfortunately, there was a whole bunch of people there and the police freaked because they could not control the crowd.  Morale of the story is McCartney did not appear, they just dropped off the signed books.  Was not able to meet Paul, but was able to pickup 3 copies @ 14.95 each…
