I just saw this one on eBay and nearly threw up after seeing it. But this one comes with an ACOA Authentication and it does show up on their website when you search for the number https://www.ebay.com/itm/133783946046

I agree that a top dollar value signature should be able to pass authentication. But, an autograph not passing a TPA does not render it fake or worthless either. Unfortunately, TPA services are becoming the powerbrokers in the autograph business.

My point was that the OP was not likely rendered authentic simply but looking at the ink. But, I could be wrong.

Awhile back, I remember someone telling me that they guaranteed an autograph to be authentic; not that it would pass a TPA! Go figure.

Interesting. Last time I checked ACOA was not an eBay approved authentication service. I like ACOA but some of their opinions perplex me. BTW, my McCartney has a letter of provenance from a trusted RACC member. Wonder if that would hold some weight? Sometimes I think it can come down to who requests the opinion. But, I digress.
