Got it. Thanks.

Now I think I’ve truly seen everything. I just found that the original signature appears in PSA’s AutographFacts database(!). How could they not only authenticate a printed signature, but one that’s a reproduction of one of the very few chosen for inclusion in their AutographFacts database? Bizarre.

Everyone should see this! Incredible. Nearly unbelievable.Superb work.Yet another very good reason to do one's own research and observation. No one cares as much about your autographs than you. Clearly not these sort of places.

Well said Eric !

Thanks Eric! It really is incredible. Unfortunately, it’s currently on eBay for $4K OBO.

Will you contact the seller?

Yes, I made the seller aware of the issue.

+1 :-)

Did the seller respond ?

The seller is going with PSA’s opinion. It sounds like they might contact PSA regarding the exemplar from the AutographFacts database, but I’m not sure about that.

It was also for sale at The Written Word autographs. I contacted the auction and they told me if PSA certified it it’s good by them. I did notice that the listing is now gone?

Auction house refer on an authentification service. This could be REAL or PSA or whatever. If they say ok - despite being wrong - only in very few cases they change the listing. An Ebay seller does not care at all - he paid good cash for the COA and that's all that matters. I would wonder if PSA changes anything and withdraws the COA afterwards and refunds the money - I hope they would do.
