Paul McCartney signed Blackbird Singing book

I bought this 1st American edition of McCartney's Blackbird Singing quite some time ago when I wasn't really aware of forgeries. I am 99.99% sure it's fake but was wondering what you think.

It wasn't (very) expensive. The guy offered to take it back and give the money back but I wanted to keep it as a reminder to research properly before spending money.
