This appears good to me. Spot on dedication too. Later abbreviated sig/IP/atypical.

imo, the OP looks very suspect.  I'd avoid it.

He's pretty tricky in later signatures.   Here's a numbered edition Eaton Press signed from a collaboration with A.E. Hotchner for comparison.   This would have been a 2003 signature which was a later period but still helpful to see.

..and here's something that may be helpful.  According to my exemplar file notes, it was offered by a respect PADA dealer quite a long while ago (so not the most hi res. example).

This may be good for seeing that the OP  "To" dedication and "Best Wishes" looks off.

That PSA looks like it may be one of those many that flooded the market rather quickly after his death in 2008.  A lot of them were more youthful images signed in fiber tip in a style similar to the PSA.

This is more on the vintage side.   It's from a program for SWEET BIRD OF YOUTH. 

One of the members of our classic film autograph group posted it over there this week.  I asked permission of the collector to share it over here.
