Just came across this Paul signed Lp being sold by “High End Memorabilia”.  The twist is it comes with a COA from Frank. Are either of these (Lp & COA) legit?

Both are legit. It’s on eBay from seller sig21. Read about it here:

Very interesting! So the scam is to hijack legit genuine autographed items preferably with well known COAs and sell them as your own. When or if the item sells they send a forged copy of the autographed item with a copy of the hijacked COA. And the buyer is unaware and may never really compare the autograph received to the one on the COA. It’s kinda like “forgery on demand”  Simply Crazy !!!

Yes, both this company and Laguna Beach Auctions (Both on LiveAuctioneers) have been stealing the images from several ebay sellers and auctioning them off as their own -- mostly with super high opening bids. Not sure what their game is -- perhaps to offer fake/similar stuff if someone bids?  Or buy from the ebay seller and flip it right away?  A new con for sure.
