Pete Townsend signed cd

Hello all, new member here. Recently purchased this Pete Townsend Quadrophelia signed cd booklet on an eBay auction. It came with a picture of what was originally a stub from the signing. The signing took place in. Just want to make sure it's real! NY. Any and all input would be greatly appreciated thankyou
