Peyton Manning?? At thrift store!! NEED OPINION!

Hello,

i am at a thrift store and this is hanging on the wall! I would love an opinion on it! Not sure if I should get it or not. It says officially licensed product A81678744 in the bottom right corner.

Signature looks off, look at how slow and deliberate it is. There's a reason it's in a thrift shop.

The photo is an officially licensed product. it has nothing to do with the signature.
