Pink Floyd Album Cover Signatures

Hello all, I purchased this from a supposed reputable dealer and have been getting conflicting ideas as to it’s authenticity. I would appreciate any and all thoughts about it before I confront the seller. Please give it your best look over. I also appreciate any advice you may wish to give. Thank you so very much.

Sorry, I would go about getting a refund. This is a very poor forgery

Even a novice can see with a quick look that this is a clear forgery and signed by the same person.
