Please Please Me - any chance of being real?

Just spotted this up for auction. The estimate suggests that the auctioneer has doubts. Maybe the signatures are a little too similar for comfort (e.g. Ringo not as "scratchy" as usual) but not bad.

Other thoughts?

Not authentic, in my opinion. They're probably all in the same hand.

They show characteristics of some modern forgeries that I have only become aware of quite recently. I'd get an opinion from Tracks or Roger Epperson before parting with good cash on this one.
