The pmorgancollection is offering a few nice items in his e-bay shop.
He states that:
As a proud UACC member (#1803) authenticity is extremely important to me as I am sure it is to you. Signature is 100% GUARANTEED to pass any eBay approved authenticator.
However I can not find any trace of the pmorancollection or Patrick Morgan on the UACC register.
Based on this should I steer clear of this seller, or does anybody else have any information to suggest he is reliable?.

If they're UACC member #1803 and not listing a UACC Registered Dealer (RD) number, they're a UACC member only. Not a registered dealer. There are only a few hundred RDs.

I looked at a few pages of pmorgancollection's listings on eBay. He's not representing himself as a UACC RD; he's saying he's a long-time collector and UACC member. I can't vouch for the authenticity of his autographs—you need to do your own due diligence—but I think he's being honest, even if he has mistakes in his collection. Like every collector, he may have secretarials, preprints, etc. if he collected any through the mail, or forgeries bought from third parties. But it didn't look like the typical forgery seller's inventory, and I thought that many of the autographs I knew were spot on.

My teenage daughter ordered a signed picture of Alan Alda for me for mother's day but I did not know it. So when I saw it listed under my orders tab on Amazon I reached out to the company who sold it stating I didn't order it and their response was a standard copy and paste response where it was very obvious they did not truly read the email because their response was along the lines that it was just shipped that day and there had not been enough time for it be considered lost and to give it time. I replied stating that I NEVER actually ordered it and I never heard anything from them again until I reached out to them 1 week later after Amazon's own tracking showed it to be running late/lost. By this point my daughter let me in on the secret because she was upset it never arrived and she spent $250 of her very hard earned money and got nothing for it. I reached out to the seller again who reached out to the post office for an investigation. The seller claimed they were told it was hand delivered to someone but none of the neighbors or management have seen it. There is no proof of delivery given to me no copy or signature. The seller has no proof and the tracking at USPS so says it is out fur delivery. This company REFUSES to refund my daughter her money and it has been over a month. They took her money and have not delivered what she paid for. They could easily refund my daughter her money and then work with the post office to get their money back. Horrific customer service.

Have you communicated with Amazon directly, not just the vender? Amazon is usually very good at supporting the customer.
How did she pay for it? She may have buyer protection there too.
