Can't wait to read this one. I read Ray's books and Bug by Dave. Kinks are criminally underrated.

Thanks but shipping alone to the US is almost cost prohibitive @ £35.00 ($46.80 US Dollars)

There's got to be a domestic offering eventually somewhere for us yanks!!!
