Promo card: authentic?

Very expensive for a promo card (it seems to me that the starting bid is at $12,000) but I also wonder whether the signatures are geniune? Thanks for your opinions.

These are worth between $9000 and $12,000 depending on condition and signature placement/contrast.

I agree but, for those prices, one could probably expect a COA from a reputable expert with the card (most of the ones I have seen in this range of price had a COA from Caiazzo).

As an investment (it's theoritical, I am not contemplating to bid on this item as full sets are, for the time being, too expensive for me - and I am afraid it's getting worse and worse...), I would be a bit concerned to pay this price without a COA.

I have been a member of this forum for a few months and I trust the expertise of its members (which is quite impressive) more than the opinions (and COA) from auctions houses. However, should there be a need for resell an item, I believe that it would always be easier with a solid COA than without.

I would say that this would be a nice clean example. A lot of tape stained ones etc out there.

The card along with a few extras sold for $8,146 through Bonhams about a year ago.
