Psa/dna coa legit?

I’m confused about the stickers start with B.

Forget the sticker which damages, learn the graphs. Either way, one looks odd and the other signature has very poor contrast.

Cert #s B10972 and B14346 do appear in the PSA/DNA database. However, when the authentication fee is $50 or more, they will issue a full LOA. It shouldn’t be a cert card.
