PSA or Beckett

PSA and Beckett both have good reputations and both offer COAs for a fee. Which is better for music autographs? Which is better for historical figures like Einstein and US presidents?

Are there any other top-tier authenticators that provide COAs for a fee? Thanks.

I expect there may be some agreement on those various subjects, but there may well be differing opinions. As you know there are JSA and ACOA as well.
