Sounds phony. In any case, I'd question why they'd select a name so similar to a well known authenticator. Seems like a smoke screen, and not a very good one.

They are located in Florida, and I was told that they primarily certify autographs for a company they also own.

yes but unfortunately the sigs did not loook authentic to me
