Both look fine. Obviously poster autograph was signed upside down.

Totally depends on the date, the item being signed, etc. I would look at the signature study on this forum as a starting point. There are some tells that I'd rather not post for forgers to see, but your best bet is to just look at a lot of them and start to see the patterns.
