It's genuine. But people keep emailing me with it thinking its a jackpot being that it's so low in price without realizing it has a reserve. So the low price its at now means nothing as the item won't be sold unless the bids meet or exceed the seller's hidden reserve.

Being that the contrast of the album color and the ink color (with a thin pen) is not the best, I wouldn't suggest paying more than 3k usd. Personally I wouldn't go above 2.5 but I'm sure others would.
