Queen official Facebook page offers fake for charity

I'm absolutely beyond disappointed to see the official Queen page on Facebook offering fans a fake set of signatures (fan club secreterials) for auction for an AIDS charity. Yes, you heard that right- an AIDS charity. They say they're selling it for the charity because tomorrow is world AIDS Day. So in memory of their lead singer who died of AIDS, they offer fake signatures. For sale. And yes, they're claiming they're genuine. To say I'm annoyed is an understatement. It's in poor taste to say the least. If you wouldn't mind. Please contact the seller (link provided below) and let them know it is indeed fake/ report the item. This is disgusting to me.

Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled cash will be flowing to The Mercury Phoenix Trust, but good lord, you'd think the Queen fan club would offer one of the GENUINE items to be sold instead of offering a fake and saying it's genuine to fool fans into dropping large sums of cash. I'm so disappointed.

Done. e

Thank you very much, Eric. I hope others will do the same.

It's gone. Good job :)

This means they are serious people...

It's removal is wonderful news!

My RESPECT to you bud, is growing all the time.

Thanks for the kind words, Mark
