HI everyone,
I know there are a few Floyd collectors in this forum. Just wanted to share one of a recent series of Waters/Mason signed albums that I find to be questionable.
The above link is for a signed Meddle album. I have also seen the seller has recently sold an Animals and DSOTM as well.
Please take a look at his other albums as well and let me know your thoughts.
Best,
Corey

There aren't that many in-person music collectors in Sweden (anymore), so when I first saw this seller appear last year I though perhaps it was someone I knew downsizing their collection. Some of the records were dedicated, so I thought I knew exactly who it was.
The seller didn't reply to any queries, but a friend of mine purchased some items and the return address was for someone else (a middleman it would seem). I have also no idea whether his whole inventory comes from the same source. However, some of the items that have been sold I am sure I have seen signed in front of my own eyes.
I don't feel qualified to comment on these autographs specifically, but I do know for a fact that Roger Waters and Nick Mason were in Sweden to accept the Polar Prize award on August 26, 2008, and both of them signed very generously.
Seller has sold some other groups / artists that have passed Roger Epperson. Not sure of this one though as I'm not a Floyd expert.
Some of his items are good imo, some are bad imo.
I once tried to complete a deal with him...and he is one stupid POS...that´s for sure.
I would now avoid him and his items like the plague.
What happened that went wrong A.B.? I got two signed albums from him (U2 and Springsteen) for a good price (and they both passed Mr. Epperson and other collectors).
Thanks everyone for their background on this seller. Can anyone comment on the Floyd pieces he is selling/has sold?
Not an expert on Pink Floyd, but I did compare these to a couple of mine obtained at the same time.
The Waters on this item looks very rushed, but otherwise pretty consistent. All of my Nick Mason autographs from this occasion flow continuously from the "N" into "i" (except for one where the "N" is separate, but goes straight up without a hooked tip).
One thing that sticks out in my mind is that most of the Roger Waters signatures that I got were signed with a black paint pen. I think it must have been his own, since I normally never use any paint pens except for silver.
Thanks a lot for the info and help, J. Mikael.
