Has  RACC  always been A closed group?

I looked them up but when you sign in .No Access.

How do you join . I hear them mentioned a lot.  Is there a trick or something.

I must admit I am not 100% Sicilian ,But I don't think that is the issue.

What am I Missing?

Greig,

Why don't you post the 20 you sent in to find out if members who know those autographs feel they're likely genuine or not?

I was also a member of this group and I successfully sold some in person autographs on their and the buyers were happy.

For some reason I was kicked from the group with no explanation and I have since contacted Justin and other group admin and not one person will come back to me and tell me why I was kicked, I was also arranging to buy some items at the time as well and cant do that as I am no longer a member!

Join the, Eric the red crew.

I don't recall much aside from you being very passionate in your support of allowing Hitler autographs to be posted on the group, even after a bunch of RACC members expressed that they felt it was insensitive, offensive and inappropriate, but that didn't lead to you being banned; it only caused an initial eyebrow raise.

I think the regular anti-social/troll-type commenting that followed on various topics after that one just added up to the moderation team becoming increasingly fed up, and ultimately making the decision to boot to protect the upbeat, friendly feel of the group.

Dont you think that it would be a better way to warn people first and then kick, if it was just general trolling like you say, although i dont agree with your definition, that was you give people the chance to know that admin are pissed off with what you are doing and stop doing it and then kick the person, not just kick and not tell them anything, some of your Admin are AFTAL members as well and i asked them to look into this for me and still couldnt get a reason why was kicked, but now it just seems it was because Mr Steffman doesnt like me!

Real professional !

The problem we've noticed is most people who like to be disruptive to groups will rarely change.  Paul and Jay will likely be on their deathbeds badmouthing RACC and Josh.  I agree however when they are established AFTAL dealers or long time collectors a warning can hopefully suffice.  If you're still interested in getting back in just PM me and we can unblock you.  The more I thought about your comment the more I thought what if people are just used to doing those comments from the other autograph groups...I mean we see guys posting sports autographs and they should know better than that as well so I appreciate your input.  Justin and I talked and we agree there's always room to consider alternatives.

There's enough people who have been kicked out to know what racc are like.

RACC are 6,000+ fans and collectors from around the world. They are high quality people.

The BANNED list is mostly 3 other types of people:

1) Forgers or people who knowingly tried to sell forged autographs.
2) Anti-social people who struggle to get along with others.
3) Spammers from Nigeria selling Ray-Ban sunglasses.

Other autograph groups make no little effort to monitor their marketplaces, and are totally careless about bullies, trolls, and anti-social/negative people ruining friendly discussions.

We take a different approach, and that's why all RACC members say it's the best autograph group on Facebook.

Bla bla.
Its so special, that everything ends up on ebay.
After the moderators calling Jason , a tosser etc, if he joins back up he must really want to make a sale.
I feel sorry for any dealer who associated with racc because collectors will want nothing to do with racc on the future. The last thing the hobby needs is another tpa co !!

That's all just silly talk.

Just for clarity, I've never booted a single person because I didn't personally like them. We boot strictly for the sake of the 5,000 members in RACC who realize it is (and expect it to remain) a different type of autograph group, where members are generally friendly and respectful toward one another. We delete negativity.

I do apologize about the DC shooter mix-up, there was a different ex-member who made a joke about the people being critically shot in DC right after it happened. After he was booted, he went on to message a bunch of moderators and then was complaining about being booted in another group. Just mistakenly thought this was you for a minute.
