Several years ago I assembled from various sources a set of Rat Pack SIGs including:

  • Frank Sinatra
  • Dean Martin
  • Sammy Davis, Jr.
  • Peter Lawford
  • Joey Bishop

The Frank Sinatra signature does not appear to be similar to any of the authentic examples shown in the UACC Frank Sinatra Signature Study.  The "D" in Dean Martin also seems atypical to examples I have seen.  However, I would appreciate comments and opinions for any of these signatures.  As always, thank you for sharing your experience and knowledge.

Sinatra no good IMO.

Thank you, Eric.  I spent a lot of time with the UACC and other Sinatra studies so I am not surprised.  I appreciate you taking a look and sharing your opinion regarding the Frank Sinatra SIG.

No problem :)

bump - Hoping to get some additional opinions on these SIGs.  I have read several Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin threads but not sure if anyone knows Davis, Lawford or Bishop.  As always, thank you for sharing your knowledge and passion as I try to learn.

Martin no good IMO.

Thank you for the additional feedback Eric.  I am disappointed to go 0-for-5 but better to know.  I was suspicious of Sinatra, Martin and Bishop, but had some hope for Davis and Lawford.  I appreciate you and others on this forum sharing your experience and critical eye.  I am getting better at picking out some "tells" but clearly have a ways to go.  I still enjoy this hobby but recognizing there is tuition for learning.

Sammy no good IMO.

Lawford no good IMO.

Bishop no good IMO.

Most welcome.
