I am almost certain that seller close-encounters-1977 was or is very closely linked to a previous seller and forger -  www.kollectors-club.com 

The Kollectors Club were UACC Member 9686 and forged thousands of items and sold via eBay and their own website until they were shut down and these items seem almost identical.
