Ringo Signature, 1968

Hey guys! Ringo signed this in 1968 for a policeman who stopped him for speeding. It has been authenticated by Epperson. I'm open to offers if anyone's interested.

That blank ticket - what is its purpose?

It's a police form for speeding motorists from the 60s. The officer asked Ringo to sign it when he stopped him.
