Ringo Signed CD Cover.

A friend of mine purchased this at a Beatles Convention in NYC in the mid 1990’s.  He told me it was purchased from a respected Beatles dealer but I’ve skeet’s thought it was no good.  Any other thoughts?

It looks like a Caveman signed it...But not Ringo :)
