Something doesn't add up here and I first want to rule out if this is truly Ringo's signature. (which I don't think it is)

This attempt looks more like a 1962 example.Here is the front and back of a genuine Ringo 1962 in my collection for comparison.

Thank you everyone. The signature is at the bottom of a typed letter. This couldn't have came from anyone in the Beatles camp, could it?
Do you think it is safe to say that it is most likely a fan trying to copy a 1962 Ringo autograph and perhaps fool someone into thinking that Ringo wrote her a letter?
