Nice bold and clean example!

Etienne, Thanks for the look.

Neat. (C) 1943 by the Hollywood Autograph Collectors Club.

Eric, Thanks for the look. Here is some info that was sent out on some I have purchased over the years….I have heard that on occasion a secretary would sign for Sinatra.

Humphrey Bogart and Danny Kaye are also secretarial, as are some Clark Gables.

Have seen stamped Bette Davis and Barbara Stanwycks.

Allen, I have also eyed the occasional glitch in the Naval Aid cards…For what it is worth Steve Grad while with PSA handed out LOA's for 49 signed cards(if the letter I submitted is true). Over the years I have collected these cards….

David  - I need to back out of my earlier vote.  After you posted the provenance info. about the Naval Aid autographs, it jogged my memory.  I did a little study of these several years ago with a dealer friend and we concluded most of them were not real but were secretarial.  I don't have many examples to show but am attaching a Clark Gable that is definitely not real.  Do you have other Navy Aid pieces to show?

This is what I was afraid of.

The "(C) 1943 by the Hollywood Autograph Collectors Club"gave me pause.

Etienne, I am not saying that every signature on these cards are real….Here are 2 cards for sale on net right now……I would not even think of buying the Sinatra, but I think the Temple is a solid example even without the TPA……like my Rita. IMHO.

Etienne, Yes, the "C" and everything following it is a crapper...

A bad Kate:
