Hello.

I won this from a charity auction and can't imagine them selling a fake, but a couple people in another group said they didn't appear legit and I just wanted to run it by some Stones experts here and let me know what you think.

Yes, this is a bad forgery. Charity Auctions often receive "donated" memorabilia from bogus companies like "Charity Grow" that charge a large fee for supplying the items. This scam has been going on for many years. 

Often the charity has no idea they are offering fakes.
