Rolling stones queries please

Opins please.  Also Is it a smudge under the capital B of Bill or  has something   has been rubbed out  in order for Bill's sig to be written?.  I can't make out who has written the words Rolling stones.   Its harder to read in pencil for sure

Imo a very nice authentic early set.Snatch that puppy up if you can get it for a fair price.I also liked the fact that Charlie wrote out his complete first name.Its usually "Cb" C for Charlie and B for boy.very nice.

quite nice for a pencil set though it could be small if its on the back of a ticket which would affect its value
