Could this be real or is it just an autopen?

It looks like the inscription is handwritten by an aide, and the signature is likely an autopen or preprint.
Yes, the inscription is most deffenetly by someone else, but since it was for a official dignatery I thought it might be him that signed it?
I used to have several exemplars of Reagan autopens. Unfortunately, I don't know where they are now. Maybe some others can chime in. I'm not 100% certain though. You'd be surprised at how many "dignitaries" didn't get the real thing. Even with JFK autographs, many times even US Senators would get a secretarial signed photo, and they too would think they got a real JFK autograph. I'm not saying all the time this happened, but it did sometimes.
