Ross Martin (Wild Wild West)

Good Day All,

I've been doing some research into Ross Martin autographs, as I've been thinking of getting one eventually, but I was stunned at the average pricing on the auction sites.  Examples I've seen tend to average at around $1200. 

Was Ross a rare signer, or is the price due to his popularity, or both?

Checking the RR Auction archives, it been over 12 years since they offered a Martin. In 2000, an ISP sold for $143.

He died relatively young, but based on that scarcity, my guess is he was not a good signer.
