It's been 5 years since we published our first Band-Signed Beatles Album Census.

It's time to update it!

A history of full-band-signed Beatles album prices would be hugely helpful to the marketplace as well, going back as far as we can, so let's build that, too. Not just from auctions, but reports from collectors and dealers who have sold them.

For starters, please read the 2011 Census, which had a few years of updating and other input added by collectors and dealers.

Add your research and commentary to this discussion for now, and as we get more data, we'll post two separate discussions to fine tune it. Once we feel comfortable with the information we have and what we have determined, we'll publish reports that will help collectors and dealers worldwide make better educated decisions on Beatles album sales and purchases.

These are the results of the 2011 census:

I bought the Rubber Soul ....

http://www.fab4collectibles.com/AA150.htm

Definitely authentic.

Pricey......

But wow...!!!!!!!

AMAZING!

OK...I'm envious!

Fab 4 is top-notch...like your album!

When did you buy it?

I bought it in June 2014. Shortly after it was listed. You'll never find a great fully signed Revolver. Ink won't take to the front and the back cover was black. Rubber Soul has a great front cover.... and the back cover. Pictures. Song titles. Just enough room to sign. great contrast to take signatures. And it was signed in a controlled environment.

Tommy, that is so amazing....I would change your name to Brian If I were you.

Great title,

110k for the rubber soul, I hope your investment goes up.

Everybody wants an investment to go up...

Fortunately - I was/am in the fortunate financial situation...

That wasn't the issue. I don't ever plan on selling it. and I don't need to. I was just at the right place at the right time to pick up something that means way more then money.

That's great Tommy. I understand that totally. The two lp's I have I'm leaving to my daughters.

Let's face it they cost a lot of money, so for me to go and spend 60 k or more on a fully signed lp, id want the album to appreciate in value.

Here is original art for Rubber Soul gotten maybe 10 yrs ago.

So close and yet so far!!!
Hopefully this will load this time

If I could predict that the fully signed Beatles lp's , will sky rocket over the next ten years , I would lash out and buy a fully signed set.

I love the story of the young girl running away from home in the us and flying to England to meet the Beatles, plus she had two lp's signed, one she sold to her friend for 2 thousand dollars.

I dont have them on hand right now  but I do have pictures of both fully signed albums - both look very similar and might have been signed at the same time.

I love the rubber soul - it is the only one known from 1965 - apart from one other signed during the Mad Day out.

In Germany there are pics of Paul with a rubber soul at the Hotel during their tour and photos seem to show at least Ringo and Johns autograph on it... the might be a fully signed somewhere.
