would anyone be interested in what seems to me a pretty average  landscape  if it wasnt signed by someone 'famous'?  Future posts will probably be from The Tower of London

There are any number of similar better lithographs by WPA artists printed and sold at the 1939 NYWF. This is ultimately unremarkable. Not great composition/balance. Charles or otherwise. He is not Churchill. It's good to be king. 4,000 pounds?! That is less than what I used to get. A limited palette will produce a nice cohesive work... that it the reason for using it.
