did anybody else get that ozzy signed litho email just now?

this is what it said:

"Thank you for preordering the Deluxe Vinyl of “Ordinary Man”! Your order is about to ship and you will receive tracking information soon.

Please note, your free Limited Edition Ordinary Man album lithograph may arrive in less than mint condition. It has traveled the long road from being hand-signed by Ozzy, meeting up with your vinyl, all the way to your door.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued support."

I responded right back to them and said..if this doesn't get to me in new/mint condition, it is going back and you are sending one that arrives to me in new/mint condition or i contest with my CC...I bought new items..not damaged items...they are trying to cover their own a**** over something they are not telling us about, imho..

I have gotten several signed lithos and NEVER have I gotten a BS  email like this, EVER..NOBODY DOES THAT!

I got the email as well.  I guess we'll see.

On your order confirmation, does it say “signed litho” in the description? Thanks.

It Doesn't mention signed Litho on my order, i did take a screenshot of the webpage stating 'Comes With Signed Lito'

I took screenshots too showing the time of my order, and the website showing still available after my order was placed, as my order doesn’t say signed litho either. Hope I still get it.

They told me the signed lithos where first come first served... i sent a message right after i bought because i saw the signed litho in the description but didnt see a signed litho in cart or email...

When did you buy? I bought a couple of copies within 30 seconds  of them going live - I then tried adding 1000 to my cart to see how many were left - which showed over 800, I kept a close eye on them and they sold out after about 15 hours, they then changed the page and removed the signed lithos, a few days After the initial drop they relisted another few hundred signed lithos / LPs ........

Hmmmmm I'm getting a bit concerned now, i just had this e mail.....

Thank you for pre-ordering Ordinary Man! We're letting you know there has been a production delay with your order, but you should expect tracking information shortly. Please keep an eye on your e-mail for tracking.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued support -

I'm getting a bad feeling about this.......

I truly believe that you will all receive your signed lithographs by the end of the month, and that they will all arrive in decent condition.  There are collectors who unreasonably complain about the condition of the items that they purchase and receive.  Even packaging is expected to arrive in mint condition with some collectors.  My belief is that the vendor is just taking the necessary precautions against unreasonable collectors.  It should all work out in the end.

You are clearly not being realistic.. record labels dont care about the condition any item is in when delivered. They only care about getting paid and moving product so they can say they sold x amount of units... most pay other companies to drop ship as well..thats the worst if a dropshipper is involved. You are guaranteed a damaged item because 90% of them have zero idea how to package/ship ANYTHING

Hi Mike you sound like a really nice guy but this does happen more than you would think Did you ever hear of Pledge music they ripped off hundreds of people and the bands right now i purchased 2 meghan trainor signed cds and they arrived and they weren;t signed its over 4 days now and no answer from live nation what happened. I do hope your right and every one gets there litho and in good condition I purchased the signed cd and we'll see what happens

Report it as fraud.  That will get their attention.
