Anything in particular Ballroom or is the whole thing off?  I have this poster from the same period that I know is legit and see some similarities but I'm not an expert.

It appears slowly written and most of the "Starr" portion of the signature looks off to me. Here's an authentic one signed in '89 for comparison:

I agree with Ballroom on this. I do not think it is authentic.
