Sir Paul McCartney - Is it real?

Hi there,

What do you think about this McCartney autograph?

According to the current owner, he obtained it in-person from McCartney after a TV show in 1987, where McCartney was a guest.

Is this one okay in your opinion?

If yes, what would be a reasonable price (also given the fact that this is just signed with his first name)?

Very difficult to authenticate. How much is he asking?

I feel like he started signing just his first name more recently than in the 1980’s when this was supposedly signed. In fact, I think the 80’s was when he added more to his signature like little doodles and such. I’m also leaning toward not authentic.
