It's quite annoying that Banquet no longer marks the UK only items with the little British flag - you always only notice when checking out that you can't get the item

The flag is in the top part of the text on the product page:

"Item: this is limited to 1 per customer

 [flag icon] This item is only available to customers in the UK"

Has anybody else not received theirs? I have been in contact with BQR and they said theyve had similar reports of people not getting their orders. Hopefully a simple fix - but I'm not too optimistic :(

Mine never turned up either and they gave me a full refund. It seems a mail bag went missing which probably had all the personally signed stuff in.

Yep - mine has also gone missing and got a full refund from Banquet. Second time this has happened to me - dodgy postman as somewhere??
