I am improving apart from rapid onset osteoarthritis in my left hand. Thank you BxBoy.I hope you are well,  I have seen things like this. Is is it secretarial, Eddy will know.

imho, it's a secretarial on THE image in 5" x 7" that was sent out in huge volume on his behalf.  They are often close though.

Here's a real one on an 8" x 10" of that pose:
